This is a water-based retreat for women who want adventure, rest, connection, courage, culture, perspective and the joy of getting properly salty.
Some moments are quiet. Some stretch you a little. Some make you laugh until your face hurts. Some remind you that you are far more capable than you give yourself credit for.
And yes, there will be cocktails and happy hour. We’re all about balance and flow.
To give you an idea of what to expect at our Nusa Lembongan Women’s Wellness Retreat, the days ebb and flow something like this:
Day 1 — Grounding
Arrive. Exhale. Dip your toe in the water.
Welcome to the barefoot boho vibe of Nusa Lembongan. We organise your boat and land transfers so once you arrive at the island, the transition begins slowly.
We gather gently in the afternoon for a special welcome including a blessing, a group creative mandala session, before taking in our first sunset, sharing food and meeting new friends.
This first day is about arriving fully, not just physically, but mentally too.
Day 2 — Flow and Immersion
Step out of your head & into the moment.
Today is where the retreat begins to find its rhythm. Your day includes water-themed Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a cultural immersion workshop, a hammock sound immersion and an afternoon of pampering with a beachfront seaweed bath.
There is no pressure to perform wellness here. Just room to breathe, float, wander, rest, laugh and move at a pace that feels good.
Day 3 — Rise with the tide
Be brave. Be salty. Have a go.
This is the day we lean into courage, playfulness and trying something new with a beginner-friendly surfing lesson.
For many women, the surfing experience becomes far bigger than standing on a board.
It is about letting go of perfection, backing yourself, laughing at the wipeouts and remembering that trying is the point.
The day closes more softly with nature, reflection and floating meditation.
Thoughtfully crafted to elevate what matters most.
Day 4 — Different views
Stretch + Explore.
Beach cave yoga, a lazy brunch, slower conversations and time to create space to see things differently. More clarity. Less noise. A wider lens on life beyond routines, responsibilities and constant urgency.
This day flows gently and leaves room for reflection, freedom and awe.
Day 5 — Perspective
Sometimes you need a deep dive.
Our final full day takes us beneath the surface.
Snorkelling with manta rays, sea turtles and vibrant marine life offers a completely different perspective — one that’s quieter, slower and impossible to properly describe until you experience it yourself.
There’s something about being underwater that changes the way you think. The noise fades. Your breathing slows. The world feels bigger and simpler all at once.
The retreat closes with a final ocean ceremony at sunset, honouring the memories made, the fears faced, the laughter shared and the parts of yourself that resurfaced along the way.
You’ll leave salty, lighter and carrying a little more ocean home with you than when you arrived.

This retreat is an invitation to step out of routine and into five days of water, movement, island culture, connection and salty joy.
Across five gentle but full days, we move between ocean, pool, beach, sound, stillness, conversation, culture, good food, sunset drinks and quiet space.
Some moments will be shared.
Some will be yours alone.
You are welcome to join everything, or choose the softer option when your body asks for it.
Likely itinerary (subject to going with the flow as tides or conditions allow):
Day 1 - Monday 12 October 2026 - Arrive + Ground - Travel to Nusa Lembongan, arrive, settle in and relax. Mandala creation, ocean ritual, beachfront cocktails and welcome dinner.
Day 2 - Tuesday 13 October 2026 - Flow + Immersion- Water themed flow yoga.Cultural immersion.Sound immersion. Seaweed bath and spa time.
Day 3 - Wednesday 14 October 2026 - Bold + Brave - Beach sunrise with yin yoga and sound healing. Surf lesson.Floating meditation.
Day 4 - Thursday 15 October 2026 - Stretch + Explore - Slow morning. Cave yoga. Brunch. Easy afternoon. Kayaking.
Day 5 - Friday 16 October 2026 - Perspective + Pause - Slow flow yoga.Private snorkelling adventure. Choose your own afternoon energy.Farewell dinner.
Day 6 - Saturday 17 October 2026 - The Ripple Effect - Shake off the sand and get ready to go home. You may be leaving the island, but the ripple has only just started.
